Cancellation and refunds
How to stop paying for AI India API, what you are never charged for, and when we give money back.
In short
- Turn autopay off whenever you like. You are not charged again, and the month you paid for runs to its end.
- A request that fails is not charged: what was set aside for it is released, or its tokens are given back.
- Plans and top-ups start working the moment they are paid for, so they are not refunded once they are in your account - but a double charge, a payment that bought nothing, or a charge after you turned autopay off is.
- Refunds go back to the way you paid, through Razorpay.
Cancelling
Autopay. Turn it off in the console, under Billing. Razorpay stops charging at once, nothing more is taken, and the month you have already paid for runs to its end; the tokens left in it are still yours to use until then.
A plan bought for one month. It does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel: it ends by itself at the end of the month.
Your account. You can stop using AI India API at any time and ask us to erase your account, as the Privacy Policy explains.
What is never charged
Every request is paid for before it runs: we set aside the most it could cost, and charge only what it actually used. If it fails - on our side or on the side of the company that runs the model - nothing is charged and what was set aside is released straight away. A video that fails gives its tokens back. You do not need to ask.
Refunds
A plan or a wallet top-up starts working the moment Razorpay confirms the payment, so once it is in your account it is not refunded. We do refund in full:
- a payment taken twice for the same plan or top-up;
- a payment that was taken but never became a plan or a balance in your account;
- a monthly charge made after you turned autopay off.
A refund goes back to the card, UPI account or bank account you paid with, through Razorpay. Once we have issued it, banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
How to ask
Write to trikineticlabs@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with the date, the amount and, if you have it, the payment id Razorpay sent you. We will check it against our records and reply.
Your wallet
Money in your wallet does not expire. If you want to close your account with money left in it, write to us first.
