Terms of service

AI India API is a service of Tri Kinetic Labs ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you create an account, sign in, or use the service in any way, including through the API. By ticking the box when you sign up or sign in, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy, which says what we collect and what we do with it. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

If you use AI India API for an organisation, you agree to these terms for that organisation too.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give us your real name, email address and mobile number, and keep them up to date.
• An account is for one person. Keep your password and your API keys to yourself: what is done with them is done in your name and charged to your account.
• If you think someone else has used your account or a key, revoke the key and write to us at once.

Plans. A plan gives you a number of tokens for a month, starting the day you buy it. Tokens you have not used carry into the next month, up to 6,000,000; anything above that ends with the month. With autopay, Razorpay charges you each month until you turn autopay off; turning it off keeps the month you have already paid for.

Wallet. You can also add money to a prepaid wallet, which pays for what you use at the prices shown in the console. Every request is paid for before it runs: we set aside the most it could cost and charge what it actually used.

Prices and payment. Prices are in Indian rupees. GST is added where the page says so. You pay through Razorpay, and a payment counts once Razorpay confirms it to us. We may change prices; a change does not affect a month you have already paid for.

If something went wrong. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to us with the date and amount and we will look into it.

A new account may come with a small number of free chats and pictures on some of the models. What it includes is shown in the console. We may change or end the free tier at any time, and we may refuse it to anyone who opens accounts to get round its limits.

Do not use AI India API to:

• break the law, or help anyone else break it;
• make sexual content involving anyone under 18, in any form;
• harass, threaten, defame or impersonate anyone, or deceive people in a way that harms them;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• write malware, attack other systems, or get into accounts or data that are not yours;
• get round our limits, metering, billing or security, or overload the service on purpose;
• sell or give access to your account or keys to others without our written agreement;
• send other people's personal data unless you are allowed to.

The companies that make the models have their own rules about how their models may be used, and those apply to you as well.

AI can make mistakes. Answers can be wrong, out of date or made up, and pictures, videos and apps can have flaws. Check anything important before you rely on it. What the AI says is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. You decide what to do with what it makes, and you are responsible for how you use it.

What you send to the service and what the AI makes for you are yours, as far as the law and the model makers' terms allow. You let us handle them only as far as we need to run the service: to send your request to the model you chose, bring back the answer, and keep your saved work in your account. We do not use them to train AI models. The Privacy Policy has the details.

The models are made and run by other companies, such as Microsoft, OpenAI, Google and others named in the console. They may change how a model behaves, what it costs or whether it is offered at all, and so the models we offer, and their prices, can change. When a model is withdrawn we stop offering it.

We work to keep AI India API running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. It may be down for maintenance, or because a model maker or another company we rely on has a problem. We may add, change or remove features.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to erase your account, as the Privacy Policy explains. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other people at risk, or is used to get round its limits. Where we can, we will tell you why.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come indirectly from using the service, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business, or for what you do with what the AI makes. Our total responsibility to you for anything to do with the service is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits a responsibility the law does not let us limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute about them goes to the courts of India.

We may change these terms. When we do, we will update this page and the date at the top, and when a change matters the console will ask you to agree to the new version before you carry on.
